We at Healthymann offer support for your mental and emotional well-being in two powerful methods movement therapy and counselling.
Our one-on-one mental health counseling offers you a relaxed environment in which you can talk about your feelings, sort out your thoughts, and discover how to cope with issues in life.

Aside from this, we also employ Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) for you to convey emotion through movement especially when words cannot. The movement can liberate tension, boost mood, and help you feel more connected to yourself. Together, the two processes create a calming, therapeutic experience that feeds your mind, body, and emotions — all at once.
